Our team provided full engineering and architectural design services to develop a new automated pipe threading facility on a 40-acre site within the Ameriport Industrial Park in Baytown, TX.

The facility is composed of three buildings that incorporate the research and development, manufacturing, and on-site storage of raw materials and completed threaded pipe into one complete campus.

One of the primary purposes for the manufacturing facility was keeping up with manufacturing needs for a new diameter of pipe intended to serve the oil and gas industry.
