Set on 22 acres within the highly populated Westchase District, the facility is designed to accommodate 400 students. The objective was to integrate the existing facilities with the new three-story parking structure and classroom building. The campus pedestrian routes and plaza connect the new building to the existing HCC campus, allowing students to share the existing college’s amenities: a library, an auditorium, food court, labs, and computer classrooms.
