This new state-of-the-art facility will position SeAH at the forefront of alloy innovation, uniting manufacturing, research, and operations under one roof.
PROJECT DETAILS
Set on a 4.5-acre site, the SeAH Super Alloy Manufacturing Plant represents a major investment in advanced materials production and industrial innovation. Designed as a ground-up development, the new 134,000-square-foot facility will include a 77,000-square-foot manufacturing plant, along with integrated warehouse, laboratory, and office space to support seamless operations from research through production.
This multi-functional complex is being developed to support the specialized fabrication of high-performance super alloys, critical to industries such as aerospace, energy, and defense. The design balances the technical demands of production with the flexibility required for research, quality control, and administrative oversight. Key program components include open manufacturing bays, controlled lab environments, and modern office spaces to support cross-disciplinary collaboration.
The plant is scheduled to be fully operational in the first quarter of 2026 and will serve as a cornerstone facility for SeAH’s expansion into high-precision alloy development. Its strategic layout and integration of functions will enable efficiency in workflow and adaptability for future technological upgrades.
