PROJECT DETAILS
Conceptual design for expanding an empty, existing building from approximately 1,000 square feet to 4,500 square feet to be occupied by lab, office and meeting spaces. The building expansion also includes restrooms, parking spaces, an outdoor courtyard and private “talk rooms.”
Johnston provided Conceptual Designs for this project to help aide in the client’s decision making and scheduling needs.
To complete the conceptual design, a series of work sessions will be held with Johnston’s internal team. From these meetings, the project will begin to take shape
