With more than 23 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, Charles provides strategic leadership across marketing, business development, brand strategy, and pursuit management. His experience spans healthcare, corporate and commercial, education, science + technology, and hospitality, giving him a broad perspective on positioning firms for growth and developing strategies that help win work.

Charles works closely with firm leadership and market leaders to align marketing initiatives with business goals, strengthen client relationships, and elevate the firm’s brand and market presence. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing marketing teams, established firmwide pursuit and marketing processes, and developed programs and resources that improve collaboration, consistency, and performance.

He also brings extensive experience in brand strategy, communications, and marketing operations and is passionate about mentoring marketing professionals and developing the next generation of industry leaders.

He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
