Richard Leyendecker, AIA, RID, NCARB

With more than 50 years in the industry, Richard has led the way on over ten million square feet of healthcare and institutional projects. His deep experience helps him spot challenges early, build strong teams, and navigate the unique complexities that come with healthcare design—no matter the size or scale.

Richard is all about collaboration. He works closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to keep communication flowing and projects on track. While he’s passionate about helping clients bring their visions to life, what really sets him apart is his focus on building trust and long-term relationships through reliable, proven performance.

Beyond managing projects, Richard provides valuable technical guidance to design teams—especially around code compliance and programming. He’s also a dedicated mentor, helping younger team members grow and succeed in their careers.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas A&M University.
