PROJECT DETAILS
Working with Tellepsen on this design-build project, Johnston is providing programming, architectural design and electrical engineering services for the diagnostic outpatient imaging facility. This extensive renovation includes significant demolition and comprehensive build out of an existing structure that was once a health gym. This project includes the development of an outpatient facility to support breast imaging, diagnostic imaging, a cancer prevention clinic and diagnostic lab services including a blood draw. The facility is 45,000 building gross square feet (BGSF) and is planned to be constructed in one phase.
