PROJECT DETAILS
The intent is to provide an update of the current Master plan, which was completed several years ago.
The Children’s Hospital spans 5 floors, totaling 172,180 square feet. Johnston is providing assessments of the hospital’s current state, focusing on patient and staff service needs, as well as the conditions and growth of existing departments based on current services and data. From these analyses, we will offer recommendations for the future utilization of these services.

Hospital Site Assessment
Scoping and visioning to document goals and vision for the Hospital moving forward
Site Master Planning that will identify potential strategic campus growth studies.
Departmental Information Collection to identify projected departmental growth needs and concerns.
