He guides the group through everything from project management and design oversight to contract administration—always keeping quality and performance top of mind.
Known for his creative approach to complex challenges, Larry blends technical know-how with innovative thinking to deliver smart, reliable solutions that meet both client needs and industry standards. He’s not just a high-level designer—he’s also a strategic leader who helps shape the direction of each project.
Larry is passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers and takes an active role in training and supporting junior team members as they grow in their careers.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lamar University.
