PROJECT DETAILS
Johnston provided full MEP Engineering Design services for Crown Equipment’s new Houston-area sales and service branch facility, including a 100,000-square-foot warehouse expansion. This new facility consolidates and upgrades Crown’s operations, replacing the existing branch building with a modernized, purpose-built structure designed to support their growing business needs.
Located on a 4.53-acre site directly west of their original facility, the new branch incorporates advanced mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to accommodate both current operational demands and future growth. The expansion includes service bays, warehouse space, administrative offices, and customer support areas, all engineered for efficiency, durability, and ease of maintenance.
Once the new facility is fully operational, the existing building will be demolished. Plans are in place to convert the former site into additional parking and circulation space to better support logistics, vehicle access, and daily operations—improving overall site functionality.
