Bri Santana

Bri is an experienced accounting pro with a strong background in project accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement. She’s known for finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done—helping both internal teams and clients stay on track and in sync.

She works closely with project managers and leadership to review workflows, roll out best practices, and keep things running smoothly—especially when it comes to project reporting, billing, and financial controls. One of her standout strengths is making complex financial info easy to understand for non-financial team members, which helps everyone stay aligned on both project goals and financial performance.

Bri holds an MBA from the University of Houston–Downtown and a Bachelor’s in Finance, with a minor in Operations Management, from the University of Puerto Rico–Río Piedras.
