As a Project Manager, Michael leads with a comprehensive and strategic approach to delivering complex architectural projects. He is responsible for managing client relationships and expectations, assembling and guiding interdisciplinary project teams, and overseeing all aspects of staffing, scheduling, mentoring, communication, and meetings. He plays a key role in financial oversight, from developing original project scopes, proposals, and fee structures to managing scope changes and ensuring overall project profitability.
Michael’s leadership extends beyond project execution to include development, marketing production, and strategic initiatives. He ensures the seamless integration of design frameworks, production workflows, and implementation strategies across all phases of a project. Michael is also deeply involved in early-stage project planning, including initial programming, specification development, cost estimating, and construction contract administration.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas, following his architectural studies at the National Technical University of Athens in Greece. He is a founding member of the Texas Society of Architects Collateral Internship Task Force, a group dedicated to creating support systems, alternative experience pathways, and stronger integration between education and professional practice for aspiring architects across Texas.
