FAIA
With 37 years in the architecture world, Ted brings a wealth of experience and a strong reputation for leadership — not just with clients and teams, but within the broader community as well. Before launching his own practice in 2020, he held senior roles at top firms, including Principal at Omniplan, Regional Managing Principal at AECOM, and lead for AECOM’s Buildings + Places group across the Gulf Southwest. During his 13 years at Gensler, Ted worked closely with major energy and tech clients, playing a key role in complex, high-profile projects like the Dallas Cowboys headquarters, practice facility, and hotel in Frisco, TX, along with several other standout corporate campuses.
Over the years, Ted has led the design and delivery of more than 5 million square feet of new construction and over 13 million square feet of workplace interiors. He’s known for building strong client relationships and bringing a sharp eye for workplace strategy and design quality — always pushing for better results and stronger firm culture.
Ted is also deeply committed to giving back. He’s held leadership positions with groups like The Dallas Center for Architecture, The Dallas Architectural Foundation, CoreNet Global’s Southwest Chapter, and CityLab High School. Mentorship and professional development are a big part of his approach, and he’s helped create long-term growth and stability wherever he’s worked.
He holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
